Time for another bad movie flashback. This is a training sequence from the 1986 film "No Retreat, No Surrender." The music, the clothes, the hair and, most of all, the montage-y-ness of the whole thing make this the perfect storm of '80s kickboxing movies. (P.S. -- Crotch rides 5 cents):
